I absolutely love this new way of cooking salmon. Instead of grilling in a pan with olive oil, I used coconut oil, and it made it more moist, and added a hint of coconut flavoring. Then of course I added a little bit of garlic salt. The veggies were so simple as well. Just saute in olive oil, and add some seasoning at the end. And of course top with avocado (i looove avocados) Delicious!
*Tip>>>cut brussels sprouts in half to ensure more even cook 😉
