MONDAY MUNCHIES: 10 minute meal

This looks so simple (and it is simple to make) but it is actually super yummy and flavorful.  The only seasoning is garlic salt.  Never underestimate the power in simplicity of salt. 

You Need>>>Two bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, sliced chicken (I like to get the pre-grilled strips from Costco)

What to do>>> Heat up chicken in microwave for 2-3 minutes.  Saute veggies in pan with olive oil.  Salt (I love garlic salt—seriously i’m obsessed :)) to taste.

And you’re done!  If you want to get real health specific, use only 4-6 oz chicken, and 1 1/2 cup veggies (total)
